About These Lessons
For many years the Missionary Baptist Vacation Bible School Literature Committee prepared an original set of lessons each summer around a single theme, written for every age from the nursery to the adult class. This library preserves those lessons — 16 years of them, from 1997 to 2020 — so they can be used again by churches everywhere. Recent years were prepared on the computer; the earliest years are scans of the original printings.
The Committee has since concluded its work, and no new lessons are being written. The 2020 study, “Will You Remain in the Pit?”, is the final set of literature the Committee produced. This archive preserves that complete body of work — freely given, and freely kept — so it may continue to serve churches for years to come.
